Then the tool started with problems and there were days, you couldn't use the tool. No answers of emails and so on. Then at the end of 2021: they charged our credit card with 7'500 BRL without authorization. You have no possibility to cancel the subsription. Our emails have remained unanswered until today. We had to cancel our credit card. If you are thinking about using woop, use only the free option and never give your credit card. And don't be surprised if it just doesn't work for a few days. These guys turned out to be scammers, when sending an email asking to cancel my plan, they charged our company 1,800usd without any authorization. They have not responded our emails as of yet.
