I do a fair of online shopping, often times from small vendors and private individuals. Square allows these sellers to easily accept electronic forms of payments from buyers who they otherwise may not have been able to or would have historically may have only accepts cash or check for payment. > > **Minpunten**: As a consumer who has only used Square Payments for processing payments as a buyer, there is nothing that I can think of that I would consider a con of Square Payments. I have 4 businesses that use their service. The most recent setup was in 2023 and square has taken money by forcing instant deposit fees while the account is set to manual.
