The onboarding workflow is one of the best parts because new hires can complete documents, payroll setup, and account access without multiple follow-ups from HR. The interface is modern and easy to navigate compared to older HR systems we used before. Automation features also save time, especially for recurring tasks like employee status updates, approvals, and payroll processing. We also liked the integrations with tools like Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom because they simplified user access management. The system creates issues unimaginable because it's set up in such an odd and illogical way. Everything breaks whenever you try to do anything. While workforce planning isn't so bad, everything else is absolutely horrible. We faced a lot of mistakes with payroll as well that we are still auditing, which has cost us countless hours and a lot of money to fix. Rippling was also supposed to help with IT, automation, and provisioning, but that doesn't work either. The setup wasn't easy, even though I wasn't directly involved. > > Simply the WORST tool to have existed in the HRIS or payroll world - specially if using it outside US as well. Although even in the US their payroll was a mess - even now - months later - we are still trying to fix the problems THEY made for THEM\! The Workflow Studio and Recruiting app could be more user-friendly and offer greater customization. Workflow Studio has a learning curve, and additional training resources, updated articles, or courses would help users get up to speed more quickly. The Recruiting app is somewhat limited in terms of customization. For example, the hiring pipeline and interview plans require five stages, whereas our process only includes an application review, a final interview, and an offer stage. Navigating thru forms requires you to go thru about 4 levels of menus … very frustrating when you’re in a hurry. My auto correct constantly changes words while I’m typing this \& it’s driving me insane.
