It makes everything re: booking a breeze. Customer Service is excellent and you will wait on phone for less than one minute. Most things are fixed over phone with TeamViewer. There was no hands on interactive training or training that actually pertained to the systems we needed to utilize. Any question during the training was met with unfriendly and curt response. The system itself is beyond unfriendly to use. Airbnb app or a spreadsheet is much easier to maneuver.
