## Reviews

### "Robust and flexible." — 5.0/5

> **Justin** | *16 december 2017* | Internet
>
> **Pluspunten**: Very efficient UI with a huge array of important and useful feature sets. Incredibly responsive customer service\!
>
> **Minpunten**: The only feedback I would have is that the software could be a little more aesthetically pleasing. Not a big deal since it gets the job done, and well\!

### "Kechie Review" — 4.0/5

> **AUBRIE** | *14 augustus 2019* | Groothandel | Aanbevelingsscore: 8.0/10
>
> **Pluspunten**: The customer support team is amazing, they work with you closely on any issue you may have and can customize the system to work for your company.
>
> **Minpunten**: It is difficult to make changes or fix any mistakes that are made in the system, not as flexible as I would like but the team has been working on this with us to alleviate this.

-----

### "Sweet Kechie system" — 5.0/5

> **Doris** | *9 augustus 2024* | Management non-profit organisaties | Aanbevelingsscore: 3.0/10
>
> **Pluspunten**: Basic instructions and how to use it those are awesome and explaining everything making sure that we were all OK with the steps.
>
> **Minpunten**: I would’ve liked a in person training instead of on zoom it’s more personable that way for me.
>
> Instructors went above and beyond explain things as many times as needed to make sure that our team was going to succeed in using the Kechie system.

### "Kechie Feedback" — 5.0/5

> **Joseph** | *12 januari 2026* | Logistiek en toeleveringsketen | Aanbevelingsscore: 8.0/10
>
> **Pluspunten**: The customer service team for trouble tickets and trouble shooting was responsive and helpful. Particularly \[sensitive content hidden\].
>
> **Minpunten**: Customizability for user errors. Some mistakes may be made and couldn't be altered. Records are locked for security reasons which is great but adding a feature that maybe requires records being changed/updated to be approved by a secondary (admin) user.
>
> I would give it an 8 or 9 out of 10. It functioned well for our needs and after a few uses became easy to track and work with.

>
> I like it like I said great and easy to use especially when receiving shipping out items. I would recommend to any company.
