Uploading the videos to YouTube, then adding the link to the report is a work-around, but it would be more useful to be able to have it directly in the report. Especially to non-tech savy clients, who don't use YouTube or any other apps. Also, I've never understood how a Canadian company, bills in US dollars, AND charges GST on the invoice. User friendly and updated with great diagrams and information for customers is hands down the best\!
