Chaport is moderne software voor klantberichten met livechat via meerdere kanalen, chatbots, automatische uitnodigingen, kennisbank, integraties met Facebook, Viber, Telegram, groepschatmogelijkheden en meer. Het is ontworpen als een moderne messenger om communicatie met klanten net zo gemakkelijk en plezierig te maken als chatten met vrienden. Bovendien biedt het web-, desktop- en mobiele apps, zodat u vanaf elk apparaat en elke locatie met klanten kunt chatten.
Gebruikers kunnen Chaport integreren met meer dan 3.000 apps met behulp van Zapier (geen programmeerkennis vereist) of API. Andere functies zijn onder meer het aanpassen van het uiterlijk, gedetailleerde bezoekersinformatie, pre-chatformulier, verzenden van bestanden, opgeslagen antwoorden, meertalige chatwidget, rapporten en nog veel meer.

Very usful software, the best thing about this is multilingual chat widget. Also the price is 0$.
You can customize your chat and that is also intresting.

Installation instructions and requirements are a little bit confusing, but you only need some extra time, and you can use a really intresting software

Pluspunten
I liked the most the simplicity and the simultaneous power of this product. Chaport has all features that we wanted to have in our early-stage startup, we don't want the live-chat tool to be too complex. An equally important point is the price. in comparison with competitors, it is the best price on the market

There were some minor issues like rendering in a custom element, we contacted Chaports's support, and they promised to implement this in the next releases.

Pluspunten
I love that I can schedule my team's hours. I love that we can save responses and that it has brought us more leads than normal.
Minpunten
I would like it if any data, like phone, email, name and notes were saved to the email when you email a chat transcript to yourself. Downloading a chat just gives me a text file, and it's useless.
