> **Pluspunten**: NOTHING.  Poor platform and even worse customer service.  Everything promised/SOLD in the beginning was not followed through.

> **Minpunten**: Customer service and cancelling process.  Paid an additional 4 months due to "contract obligation" and they STILL charged an additional month even after putting in writing.  Disputing with my credit card; however, the entire process was a complete waste of money.  STAY AWAY - MUCH BETTER PLATFORMS OUT THERE\!

> **Minpunten**: Overtime is does store a lot of data on my phone, I’ll have to periodically delete the app then redownload to clear the cache and free up phone storage.
