idloom-events is een cloudgebaseerde oplossing voor het creëren en beheren van evenementen die is ontworpen om evenementprocessen te automatiseren, waaronder registratie, reserveringen, betalingen en meer. Het systeem is bedoeld voor internationale organisaties of verenigingen die zakelijke evenementen voor meerdere dagen organiseren, zoals conferenties, workshops en andere activiteiten.
idloom-events stelt gebruikers in staat om aangepaste websites voor evenementen te creëren, met complete evenementenprogramma's, sprekerslijsten met beschrijvingen, partner- en sponsorpagina's en andere content. Gebruikers kunnen ook het registratieproces voor evenementen aanpassen om alle vereiste informatie van gasten te verzamelen, meerdere prijsopties toe te passen, waaronder kortingsbonnen en vroegboekkortingen, meerdere sessies, workshops en activiteiten aan te bieden tijdens één evenement en verschillende betalingsopties te verstrekken. Gastenlijsten kunnen in realtime worden bekeken, met informatie over de registratiestatus, en er worden ook last-minute registraties op de locatie van het evenement ondersteund. Als onderdeel van het registratieproces kunnen gasten de mogelijkheid worden geboden om accommodatie te boeken, hetzij rechtstreeks via de website van het evenement, of via een vooraf geselecteerde aanbieder.
idloom-events verzendt automatisch aanpasbare bevestigingsmails naar gasten, en gebruikers kunnen deze berichten tijdens het configureren van het evenement bewerken. E-tickets die bij e-mails worden gevoegd geven unieke QR-codes weer, die door medewerkers van de evenementlocatie met behulp van een smartphone of tablet kunnen worden gescand om het inchecken te stroomlijnen. Gasten kunnen ook handmatig worden ingecheckt door naar hun naam te zoeken in de registratielijst. Deelnemersbadges worden automatisch gecreëerd en afgedrukt en er kunnen meerdere badgeversies worden gegenereerd voor verschillende deelnemers, zoals gasten, leden en sprekers.

You can limit the total number of available places, specific quantities of available places for each sub-session/workshop, or both simultaneously (maximum for the entire event, with a specific split of quantities per session/workshop)!

We know now who is actually attending the event. In the past we worked with different types of registration, but this combines it all, plus it works with the GDPR rules. Easy check-in to go for a better follow up.

The software takes your event to a next level. The package is complete and is really easy in use. Even with a free version you can make the organising of events easier. It's basicly self-explanatory and in doubt, the customer service is excellent and extremely fast.
