> **Pluspunten**: I like its compatibility with different video platforms. It nearly imports every video format and that's the reason I frequently use this tool to process a variety of video formats.

If I need their feedback, they can leave their comments directly on the time code so that there is ZERO confusion. The ability to draw and write on the frame makes things even easier to clarify. Also major bonus is being able to have Frame.io IN my premiere project, so there's no bouncing back and forth.

> **Minpunten**: Very frustrating. I have been sent 76 files consisting of videos and pictures to download as I am an editor. Not only can you not choose the destination of where you want them to download, you have to download them one by one. I have to find the folder i want to put the files in 76 times now...in 2024, how could you make such an underdeveloped app. Nothing else i can do but accept it though. Horrible app.
