Loading our data base early on so we could play with the software with our own data help with the conversion and training.

> Cloud based solution added a layer of data security. We had previously had a server fail and despite the proclaimed support from our vendor the back-ups failed. It cost us four days of unproductive time and duplicating work previously entered.
