Administrators are left to figure things out with little visibility. No option to adjust the refresh cycle, which limits flexibility for teams with specific operational requirements. Deployment status is inaccurate on timeout failures. When a patch fails with "The wait operation timed out" and the retry count is exhausted, the deployment still shows as "In Progress (failed)" instead of "Failed." This is misleading and makes incident triage harder in production environments. The mobile application is unreliable. Tapping a tab causes the entire app to freeze and become unresponsive, making mobile management effectively unusable. Support explanations lack depth.
