Aplos Accounting is webgebaseerde boekhoudsoftware, gericht op non-profitorganisaties en hun accountants, die tools bevat voor fondsboekhouding, budgettering, het bijhouden en betalen van rekeningen, facturering en financiële rapportage.

Met de boekhoudmogelijkheden van Aplos kunnen gebruikers een onbeperkt aantal fondsrekeningen creëren om geld bij te houden dat is toegewezen aan specifieke doeleinden, zoals subsidies, campagnes en bouwfondsen. Gebruikers kunnen budgetten produceren voor 1 tot 3 jaar, voor hun totale inkomsten en uitgaven of per fonds, en hun budgetten vergelijken met de werkelijke boekhouding voor het jaar.

Aplos kan voor verschillende projecten of fondsen een onbeperkt aantal donatiepagina's hosten die zijn aangepast aan de organisaties van gebruikers. Hiermee kunnen donateurs hun giften beheren, met de optie om wekelijkse of maandelijkse terugkerende donaties in te plannen. Aplos bedankt donateurs automatisch voor hun schenking namens de organisatie en stuurt hen e-mailontvangstbewijzen voor hun administratie. Gebruikers kunnen donaties online en offline beheren, waarbij zowel de donateur als het doel van de bijdrage worden geregistreerd om een volledig donatiedossier te creëren, en ze kunnen terugkerende donateurs en hun donatiebedragen identificeren.

Aplos bevat meerdere FASB-standaardrapporten, zoals balansen, winst-/verliesrekening en fondsenbalansen, en stelt gebruikers in staat om aangepaste rapporten te creëren door de inkomsten en onkosten van projecten en campagnes bij te houden met behulp van labels. Bijdragenoverzichten van alle fiscaal aftrekbare donaties worden automatisch gegenereerd voor elke donateur, zodat gebruikers deze niet handmatig hoeven te creëren.

They are incredibly responsive, and when we initially set up the Accounts, they spent the time with me to help set us up based on our needs.

Pluspunten

Bank Integration is a huge benefit. As the Treasurer of a small condominium association (volunteer job), I only need to spend a couple of hours a month on our financials. Running reports for our condo meetings and taxes is a breeze.

Minpunten

Its not completely made for condo association accounting, but we've been able to retrofit our needs. Funds doesn't exactly translate to the accounts we track, as we really do have 3 separate bank accounts. This requires an extra step in our monthly recons, but its not awful.

We have a positive experience with Aplos

Pluspunten

The Aplos software has served us well the 10 months we have been using it. It allows us to use the fund accounting process for our church. It is user friendly, customer service has been quick to answer our questions, and reporting options are easy to read/understand. Aplos offers training which proves to be helpful.

Minpunten

We are still within our learning curve for the Aplos software.

[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] WAS THE BOMB!

Pluspunten

The software is pretty easy to use for the most part. But what made it even better was the fact that [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] literally helped assist me with some features in my books I wasn't sure of. I was so confused, and he was SO PATIENT! I love being connected to great customer service and overall great people!

An excellent accounting program for Churches!

Pluspunten

I have been using Quickbooks for our church for many years. It does not handle funds accounting or tracking of giving very well. I was so happy to have found Aplos! It is a true funds accounting program and tracks giving seamlessly! It is a robust program that I believe excels where Quickbooks falls behind. I highly recommend it!

Minpunten

No real cons so far. When members split their giving between multiple purposes, I'd like to be able to add them without having to add another row.
