> **Pluspunten**: The end result, looks very professional and something I'm comfortable sending over to existing and potential clients. I like the fact you can replicate previously completed documents and tweak accordingly for another company which saves so much time.

> **Minpunten**: When copying an existing completed document over to replicate all or most of the content, issues such as images, text etc sometimes does not justify correctly and I have to ring Cara for help. Cara is excellent (and patient)  in assisting with these issues when I call.
