I also wasn't aware in the screening process that candidates were made aware if you categorized them as a yes, maybe or no. That should not be visible to a candidate. Indeed also is a very poor site for obtaining skilled healthcare labor (veterinarians specifically). > > In the end, I was able to find some good candidates for my entry level positions and nursing positions. However, I had to sort through a lot of poor ones to get there.
