Over Commusoft
Commusoft is alles-in-één software voor het beheren van werkorders, ontworpen voor de buitendienstsector. Bedrijven worden geholpen met het beheren van taken, offertes, complexe planningen van technici, PPM, voorraadbeheer, facturering en klantcommunicatie, plus integratie met boekhoud- en betalingsoplossingen.
Met Commusoft kunnen gebruikers klantcontacten, inclusief de gegevens van hun bezit, zoals merk, model, serienummer en meer, opslaan en beheren. Gebruikers kunnen automatische herinneringsmails, sms-berichten en brieven instellen die moeten worden verzonden wanneer een service moet worden uitgevoerd. Volg werkorders die zijn voltooid en houd klanten gemakkelijk op de hoogte. Offertes kunnen snel worden opgesteld en naar klanten worden verzonden, met details van het werk dat moet worden gedaan, de kosten, benodigde reserveonderdelen en een definitieve prijs.
Gebruikers kunnen alle soorten werkorders beheren, groot of klein, en alle bezoeken van technici volgen, en ook de taakstatus, gebruikte onderdelen en eventueel benodigde reparatiewerkzaamheden. Technici hebben onderweg of op locatie efficiënt toegang tot alle informatie via hun mobiel of tablet. Planningsfuncties zijn onder andere planningen met slepen en neerzetten voor efficiënt herschikken, wanneer nodig. Alle gegevens worden in realtime gesynchroniseerd, zodat eigenaars, managers en technici op de hoogte blijven van elke werkorder.
Met Commusoft kunnen gebruikers een reeks checklists, mededelingen en sheets voltooien terwijl ze op locatie zijn, en handtekeningen elektronisch vastleggen. Gebruikers kunnen aangepaste facturen maken via de desktop, mobiele telefoon of tablet en deze rechtstreeks naar de e-mailinbox van de klant sturen. Visuele rapporten en grafieken bieden gebruikers in één oogopslag bedrijfsprestaties, inkomsten en uitgaven.

We have solved our struggle with annual service reminders and recording the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. We are very happy with the product and cant see us using anything else for the foreseeable future.
Pluspunten
The seamless continuity between the diary and job booking/logging/location recording is a great asset to our business. As a mere glance we can see what engineers are encountering issues, areen route to appointments or have completed tasks.
Minpunten
The inability to merge duplicate entries. Be this customers, or duplicate jobs. As with any system some human error is unavoidable. We really wish that duplicate customer records could be merged or hidden so as to avoid future confusion or conflicting data.

Since incorporating Commusoft in to our business in 2012, the software has assisted us greatly in developing and growing as a business. They are constantly working on new updates and developments to improve the software and add new features and if you do have any issues along the way, they are always on hand to assist you with client support.
Pluspunten
It covers almost everything we need from the diary, invoicing, estimating and key reporting.
Minpunten
Integration (transfer of date) with Sage can be problematic. It wasn't always problematic but has been more recently.

When you first start you should be given more one to one help, then mistakes wouldn't happen.
Bit disappointed with the diary and other features, cant understand why I've not been set up on the new system yet which looks a lot better.
Seem to be having lots of problems with the two systems together quick books and commusoft.

need more training on how to use the software, now ive been using it a while, I'm sure there is plenty of bits I'm not using that I could be using

Hi Martin, we appreciate users have different roles/skills within a business, so we provide users access to our knowledge base which contains videos/guides about how to use the system.
We have training programmes for 1-2-1 training, walking clients through the system and provide consultation on how to adhere to best practises when using the system. Let me know if you want more details.

As much as we would love to have all our clients on the new version, the process is not a simple software upgrade and much more like moving from one software to another. This means the process is longer and more complex. We¿ve already started migrating clients as part of the beta program so we can make sure we are ticking all the boxes as your data is important to us, as it is to you.

Love this software, we upgraded to commusoft from cheaper alternatives and will stick with commusoft. All engineers love the app, Far easier for everyone to use. Can store photos/videos/certificates on each job. Estimating/invoicing great too. Also great integration with accounting software

Only thing I would love is a refresh button on the app, as there can be a slight lag sometimes.

Positive so far, I have only just started but have used the software with a previous company and wasn't disappointed. It's full of features, some I wont need to use yet but nice to know they're there.

Estimate and invoice looks and layouts cannot be personalised very much but it does the job.
