Klaviyo is een modern marketingplatform dat e-commercebedrijven één enkel en gecentraliseerd platform biedt van waaruit ze hun marketingcampagnes kunnen optimaliseren. Klaviyo voorziet gebruikers van een krachtige maar eenvoudige oplossing voor e-commercemarketing met integratie met één klik, krachtige segmentaties, het volgen van websites, ROI-gebaseerde rapportage, vooraf ontworpen automatische reacties, een e-mailontwerp op basis van slepen en neerzetten, aangepaste activiteitenvelden en 360° klantprofielen.
Met de aangepaste technologie van Klaviyo voor het volgen van bezoekers van websites kunnen gebruikers doelgroepen segmenteren en getriggerde campagnes effectief en automatisch richten op basis van verzamelde gegevens over klantgedrag en -transacties. Met ingebouwde automatische reacties voor e-mail stelt Klaviyo gebruikers in staat om getriggerde e-mailstromen te automatiseren voor evenementen zoals verlaten winkelwagentjes en vervolgstappen na bestellingen.
Klaviyo stelt gebruikers ook in staat om de prestaties van hun marketingcampagnes te meten door middel van rapportage en zinvolle analyse met belangrijke statistieken. Vanuit het Klaviyo-dashboard kunnen gebruikers de huidige en eerdere campagneprestaties vergelijken, realtime activiteitenstromen bekijken en andere statistische grafieken toevoegen, bewerken of verwijderen. De statistieken van Klaviyo bieden gebruikers de flexibiliteit om trends in bestellingen te analyseren, verschuivingen in klantgedrag te zien en de groei van lijsten en segmenten te volgen.
Klaviyo ondersteunt integratie met meerdere softwareprogramma's voor e-commerce, betalingsverwerking en POS zoals Shopify, Magento en WooCommerce om klantgestuurde gegevens te verzamelen en te gebruiken. Bovendien heeft Klaviyo ook een open API waarmee gebruikers aangepaste integraties met e-commerce kunnen toevoegen. It has been great! I've really enjoyed Klaviyo and think that it is the strongest ecom email platform on the market for Shopify merchants. The customization of emails is relatively easy, it has robust feature sets for additions like reviews and sms, and their flows are a hugely important piece to generate passive income. I'd recommend Klaviyo as long as the person onboarding new tools understood how pricing structure works.
Pluspunten
We like to ability to have a strong integration with Shopify and how easy it is to sync lists between other platforms and Klaviyo.
Minpunten
The hardest things about Klaviyo are understanding pricing around profiles, and how to justify the growing cost of the platform when competitors are starting to flank them on pricing vs features.

As a marketer, Klaviyo has been a game-changer for certain of my clients. Its powerful segmentation and automation tools allow me to create highly targeted and personalized email campaigns. This is perfect for some businesses, helping lead to increased engagement and sales. One things I wish they could do was improve the SMS capabilities to make a really robust platform that does specifically what some ecommerce clients need.
Pluspunten
Klaviyo's best features include: 1) creating targeted campaigns and automating email workflows 2) detailed insights into email performance to be able to measure ROI 3) integrates with many ecommerce platforms and tools.
Minpunten
The biggest con is that advanced features can be complex to navigate. But also the cost, as pricing plans can be expensive, especially for small businesses or anyone with limited email marketing budgets. And an important one for certian users is that while Klaviyo offers SMS marketing, its much more limited compared to dedicated SMS platforms.

Pluspunten
Advanced and reliable email marketing app for ecommerce. My favorite is the automation builder, I think it's the most advanced and customizable out there.
Minpunten
It's VERY expensive, and some features (for example, dynamic discount code creation or deleting profiles) are way too time-consuming for what they are. Such basic functions take a fraction of the time in other similar apps, but are unnecessarily awkward and complex in Klaviyo.

Having multiple sites is a huge pain since you have separate logins for each of them. Deliverability wonders sometimes like a blind man in a knob factory.
