> **Pluspunten**: I like how easy it is to sign up for an event, and they have a broad range of customers that use the software. When I go to sign up for something and they use Active, my registration is always so quick and easy.

> I've had their team reach out to me about using Active for my camp, but we already use a software that we're happy with. Their customer service is great though, and if I were looking for a new software, I'd heavily consider Active Camps\!

> **Pluspunten**: YPI has been using Camp \& Class Manager since it's inception. Customer service has been great in helping to overcome the initial obstacles of setup and reports. I have been approached but other services but remain loyal to Active because of their willingness to listen to suggestions.

> **Minpunten**: There are still some data that I cannot retreive easily but overall I have figured our workarounds, I wanted to work with promotions but each of the programs did not work for us.
> 
> Customer service is why I stay. The help I received in setting this up for YPI was excellent.

> **Minpunten**: It is clunky and difficult to use, customer support is non-existent, and we are unable to help our customers problem solve issues with our accounts. Emails don't get sent out randomly, making it impossible to use for communication with our classes.

> **Pluspunten**: This program is so easy for us to set up our upcoming summer camps and then get the registration links out to our members. Since we have used this company for many years the pricing is incredible. The added features of reports and financials is huge for us.

> **Minpunten**: The biggest issue we have with this product is the "programs" Active attempts to sell our customers at the time their registrations. It has caused many of our members frustrations when they are billed for things they didn't realize they were being signed up for.
