> **Pluspunten**: After spending a ton of money and years on trying to get three other databases up and running RigER ended up being a great solution for us. The team knows the oil and gas industry with all its intricacies and immediately understood what we were looking for. The onboarding/integration process was much easier than anticipated and was extremely smooth. While working through some of the initial bugs, the service team was exceptional...turning changes around very quickly, answering questions and assisting with training. The software makes sense and is easy to use and if you have any issues, the RigER team is there to help. I also love that if there is ever anything that we need to be tweaked or changed they are quick to assist. Their training is improving with video tutorials and webinars\!

> **Minpunten**: As with any software, the biggest con is not knowing how to use all of it's functions. I know there are a lot more features that RigER offers that would be valuable...but I haven't had the time to explore more than the components than needed at the time.

> **Minpunten**: Couple of times it took too long to add new features we requested (3-4 weeks).  New features was 'polished' several times.
> 
> We speeded up field ticket processing time and now we invoice our client within 24 hours after job done.  Sales and operations process were improved and streamlined which allows us to get more jobs from our clients.
