> **Pluspunten**: Bob is really multifaceted and has filled a lot of gaps we have as a smaller People team. It honestly is a bit more than we need at our org size, but I can toggle off things we don't utilize, which is super helpful. Being in several countries Bob was an easy call to make because the level of detail is there for things like holidays and what information we need for folks based on their locations. The integrations to our other tech stack are also amazing compared to other systems we have utilized.

> **Minpunten**: Some of the processes to set things up seem to be over complicated, but support is usually able to assist and there is a very robust library to problem solve with. The reporting can take a bit to learn how to get what you want but once you do it's actually really great.

> **Pluspunten**: hi Bot is trully popular solution within HR managers. So they use it on the top of finger tips. In includes onboarding, time and event tracking and connectivity to payroll system. Priced affordably for every size of business. Good is build in Microsoft AUTH module not only Google that makes sence. Very logical embedded menue logic in interface.

> **Minpunten**: Would be good to have build in sophisticated Aplicant Tracking System with sourcing from 3D party profiles. Not large variety of payroll providers (Xero) but could be issue for international contractors. Good to have password manager for direct user assignments and information record about user hardware received from company.
