Bizimply is een oplossing voor personeelsbeheer voor de dienstverlenende sector die tijd en aanwezigheid, planning, HR en loonadministratieverwerking in één oplossing combineert. Het systeem ondersteunt zowel exploitanten van één of van meerdere winkels met een dynamisch personeelsbestand, waaronder restaurants, bars, detailhandelaren, hotels, salons, bars en meer.
Bizimply is een alles-in-één oplossing met planning op basis van slepen en neerzetten die kostenvoorspelling in één oogopslag biedt. Managers hebben toegang tot een live feed om te zien welke werknemers zijn ingeklokt en welke te laat zijn. Kloktijden worden automatisch toegevoegd aan tijdkaarten en vergeleken met schema's en bedrijfsregels. Het vastleggen van afbeeldingen voorkomt inklokken door vrienden door werknemers in staat te stellen een foto te maken terwijl ze in- of uitklokken.
HR-profielen van werknemers bevatten alle contactgegevens, evenals loonadministratie, documenten, lonen, maximale werkuren en meer. Het online manager-dagboek stelt gebruikers in staat om direct antwoord te krijgen op vragen, inclusief een ploegendienstlogboek voor het vastleggen van belangrijke informatie. Met Bizimply kunnen gebruikers de dagelijkse verkopen bijhouden per ploegendienst en per locatie, inclusief up-to-date KPI's voor zakelijke inzichten.
Aangesloten functies voor loonadministratie geven geplande uren, werkelijke uren en pauzes weer in één overzicht. Gebruikers kunnen vakantiegeld, betaalde vrije dagen of ziekengeld toevoegen aan de tijdkaarten van werknemers voordat ze gegevens exporteren naar de loonadministratie. Managers die Bizimply gebruiken kunnen alle problemen van klanten, werknemers of leveranciers bijhouden voor gedetailleerde dossiers en rapporten.

Implemented Bizimply in Dec 2014 and now I could not live without it. From the start it was...
Implemented Bizimply in Dec 2014 and now I could not live without it. From the start it was extremely easy to use and set up and just like any software you get out what you put in. I delegated the scheduling to middle management and concentrated on the employee database, monitoring attendance and productivity and building up a history of daily shifts by logging details once a week. I also used teh employee database to record data from staff revies held every 3/6 months. This historical data which shows sales, hours used and labour costs is now my "Productivity Baramoter" I am able to forecast the revenue and required labour and incentivise my staff to deliver on the optimum Sales Per Labour Hour rate (I now know it) that will deliver the maximum return in the most sustainable way. In our industry we cannot afford to sprint from Monday to Sunday, it's a marathon from January to December!

Ease of use, I can open multiple windows at the same time, great support, nice GUI, good pricing and easy to find invoices, they understand our industry, continuously improves functionality.

the software has the following benefits:- ease of inputting employees for scheduling.- easy to read schedule with colour co ordination for different roles - compliant clock in and out

Good System however Rosters should be more visible when printed

Pluspunten
System is easy and clear to use, HR function good but might be handy to have an area to record things like employees due to go on/come back from Leave (maternity, long term sick leave etc) on the dashboard. I have figured a way around this by adding this leave up as a Training type but just might be something to look at. Dashboard is a great way to view any holiday requests, important notes etc
Minpunten
The only thing which is very problematic is the design of the Rosters as it is impossible to change the font to a darker colour so this makes the scheduler extremely hard to read when printed off. I have to print off the rosters for the supervisors then manually write over them so we can read the rostered times. the font is in white and [sensitive content hidden] from the team has tried every way to see if this can be changed but unfortunately not at this time. It would be fantastic if you could find a fix for this issue.
