I also like that there is a digital records trail of the invoices, approvals, and processing. This has been incredibly helpful during audit season. > > **Minpunten**: There were some calls to our community partner vendors informing them of the ability to receive payment via ACH, where the person reaching out made it sound like ACH payments were the only option. I had to clarify with our partners that paper checks were an option, but they were under the assumption after the communication that their only option was to accept the ACH form of payment and pay a fee. I reached out to sales and they said this was unacceptable and they would rectify the situation. Since then, I have not received any more complaints. > > Overall, I have had a great experience using Avid. We were one of the first to use the API functionality with MIP Accounting, and I am glad we made the switch. We save at least 0.5 FTE's on AP. I believe that boolean is simple and helps streamline the reporting process, but it's also restrictive and can make writing reports yielding specific information to be a challenge. Furthermore, separating information for reporting by certain functions is limiting when there is information I want from one section that's unavailable when building the bulk of my reports in another section of reports.
