> **Minpunten**: The server was great. The cloud is a mess and support is terrible. All Facebook groups. Online forms didn't always work. If you do PI work they can't separate out the cases in the ledger so we had to set up new patient files for each case and then try to remember which one is which. The itemized billing statement is also confusing and attorneys are always calling to try and figure it out.

> Support was frustrating. Not helpful at all. I thought it would be an upgrade from my old EHR and I had used the server as an associate, but what a mistake. Plus they do not make migration easy. Not friendly at all. Would not recommend. But if you just do cash its probably still a good option.
