> **Pluspunten**: I liked that they were helpful onboarding me. That is about the extent of their help. The people in support search CT Community and have no clue what to do.

> **Minpunten**: They bill inconsistently. They overcharged me several months. Support is non-existent and what support they do have is all overseas. They will also hold your records hostage and will only do a full data migration when they feel its appropriate.

> Better than Genesis. However, their isn't much support. You are left to do things without support. Support doesn't call back, especially higher level support. They are holding my records hostage.

> **Pluspunten**: I have had  both server version and cloud versions of ChiroTouch, and the cloud version is my favorite. It has given me the flexibility of working from home as well as traveling. It’s easy to use and the CT Forms \& InTouch allow me to communicate quickly with my patients\!

> **Minpunten**: My least favorite thing about ChiroTouch is the billing tool. I had a lot of problems with it , so I dropped the service.

> **Pluspunten**: I like how they structure the schedule. How you can create different types of appointments. I also like that you can use AI to do SOAP notes, makes it a lot easier to do your notes and a lot quicker.

> **Minpunten**: What I don't like is that they dont connect with GoHIghLevel yet. Also that they only work with one credit card processor. I wish they can integrate with Fortis.
