We set up flows for FAQ and bots to collect people's contact information before an operator could take over. We shared the operator responsibility between three people which was nice. Unfortunately in December of 2024 Tidio changed their pricing structure and our bill doubled from $32 a month to $64 a month. This included some kind of promotion because the package we were being migrated to was actually $100 a month\! Our credit card was auto charged. Unfortunately we can't recommend a company that does a bait and switch like this as well as auto charging customers with such an extreme rate hike without notice.
