> **Pluspunten**: As soon as we decided to go with Statii there was no delay in making the system available to us.  Training was in the diary and the support team are easy to contact to go through any issues.

> **Minpunten**: If you are a main user you have to pay additional charge to be a  SFDC user. Our managers do go onto the shop floor to work but their hours have to be added manually.

> Good overall experience there are some really good features and documents are easily stored for traceability.
