The candidates (names) going through the workflow and the positions on which they join seem to be in two different universes. There is no report that can marry the two. Also need a report that can provide the efficiency and effectiveness of each of the partners.

> **Pluspunten**: Easily uploading of resume, mostly in bulk is done easily. While initialing the steps of process is quite easy. The portal is easy to learn and does not require immense training to adapt.

> **Minpunten**: Scheduling of interview is kind of difficult. Sometimes the portal does not auto update the field data in the resume uploading process. Sometimes while uploading different types of file format, it does not able to recognize the format and the uploading is not enabled.

> Moreover I am quite like using this. Few things need to be added like the scheduling of interview process should be more proper. Excepting different file format should be add. End to end process of recruitment is quite easy unless it comes to scheduling of interview.
