> **Pluspunten**: The customization options and the way menus are shown. Everything is very intuitive and every time we have a new colleague they pick up on it really quick despite being a rather complex tool with lots of possibilities.

> **Minpunten**: I don't like the way CTAs work on pushes and sometimes I feel like the analytics could be a bit easier to read as well. Also, really hard to use on mobile although that's critical.

The tool is fairly easy to navigate in and functions are up to standards.

> **Minpunten**: The naming convention (projects, campaigns etc) could be more marketing oriented. The limitations on reporting while using as API (example: very hard to get KPIs on a marketing campaign level when those campaigns are built externally and executed only by XP)
