After reviewing our account, we realised we were paying for features we didn’t actually use, and this was resolved quickly and fairly. Despite this, we were still paying for the software while being unable to use it. Due to our business facing serious financial difficulties — including a company going bankrupt and owing us a significant amount of money — we had no option but to cancel the contract. I explained this situation to BrightHR and asked if it would be possible to exit the contract under the circumstances.
