> **Pluspunten**: Pivotal Tracker makes it easy to stay on track with multiple projects simultaneously, and know exactly where all team members are at any given time. The points system also adds a "gamified" element and helps us have a better sense of how long projects will take.

> **Minpunten**: When creating massive amounts of similar tasks, there's no way to bulk add these similar tasks so they must be done one by one, which is very time consuming.

> **Minpunten**: How would you like a nice management friendly stick to beat your developers with? This software follows and encourages the worst parts of capital A Agile. While  I do think it would be possible to use it "correctly" from a developer point of view, its definitely targeted at the managers and isn't really helpful in assessing actual work accomplished, or work that needs to be done.

Backlog and icebox are confusing.
