We have had to make our own system within service fusion to make it work for us. What I would really like in an ideal world is to be able to see every movement of parts moving from one warehouse to another, along parts sales in a day, week, month at the micro level, where looking at an individual part I could dive down and see my sales history and know when I could increase product on hand or be able to see trends on the parts popularity. I wish Service Fusion had an easy-to-use point of sale system and an easier return merchandise system.
