> **Pluspunten**: The layout for each patient makes it easy to see which notes fall under which evaluation and plan of care.  The documentation page for each note is separated into S, O, A, and P sections and displays goals with an area of percentage achieved and assistance required.

> **Minpunten**: The display itself is a bit "medical model" looking and is not as aesthetically attractive to the eye as some other EMR systems I have encountered.
