There are also a lot of other forms of support such as self help articles and videos. SP offers a lot of features. Options for insurance claim submission. > > **Minpunten**: - The stability of the telehealth platform is very unsteady and unreliable. - It is highly expensive and they recently upped their monthly subscription fees. - For features such as calendar synch, one needs to upgrade to the most expensive subscription. - No auto save feature, so you constantly have to be clicking save or you'll lose progress note input. - No split picture for video and access to type progress note (other EHRs do have this). - The calendar synch option is limited. - They charge to use the CPT codes. > > I had it for 3 years and everything started well. At the time, I was running an all-virtual private practice and it became very frustrating very fast, and I ended up resorting to Google Meets on a constant basis as a backup.
