They claim to transfer funds no later than 10 business days after you request a transfer. The last 3 times I have requested a transfer, I have had to reach out to their accounting department to initiate the transfer after the 10 business days had passed. This time it has been nearly a month since I initiated the transfer and we still have not received our donations. I have put in multiple tickets through their support function. I keep being told accounting will reach out to me and they haven’t (it’s been 5 days). I have also directly emailed accounting twice with no response. I will not be able to pay our bills on time this week because they have not transferred our donations. The fact accounting can’t even give me an update is appalling. We will be trying to find a new a platform which will be a total pain if this isn’t resolved soon. They seem to be holding our donations hostage. > > Recently it’s been pretty terrible.
