Flexibility of SWO maintenance types is an excellent addition.  Document and pic upload is much better than x4 and actually pleasant to do.  Global search is instrumental.

> **Minpunten**: I'd like to see some mobile licenses included with the x5 subscription.  x5 is missing a way to enforce naming conventions that should be added in where at either shared or site-specific level, rules for naming schema can be created an enforced.  It is also missing a built-in workflow for approvals of when new items/entities are created.  Could be based on user roles and permissions.

> Currently using x4, great CMMS with extreme flexibility when customizing what you need, very good fluke team that stands behind the product the only con is x4 servers can be slow sometimes
