Jotform

We use Jotform for leave applications and petty cash requests in our small team. Before Jotform, we would typically do it manually and though it is seemingly mundane, does contribute to some inefficiencies specifically for me an my partner who approve these requests. Jotform helped streamline all those.

I like the feature that allows people to sign in the digital forms. This allowed us to completely remove some of the basic forms we have in our office and just transition to digital. It then gives us a PDF report after.

The free version is quite generous, allowing you to use the useful features of the app. I do find the pricing a bit expensive. It start from free and then suddenly jumps to 34 USD.

Jotform has been an invaluable tool for streamlining our form-building process. The customization capabilities are robust, from themes and layouts to advanced settings like conditional logic, ensuring our forms are both visually appealing and functionally efficient.

While Jotform offers extensive features and flexibility, there are a few areas where improvements could enhance the user experience further. Occasionally, navigating through advanced settings and configurations can be overwhelming, especially for new users. More guided tutorials or tooltips could help mitigate this learning curve. For instance, when setting up complex forms with advanced features like conditional logic, it took some time to understand all the available options.

There is a wide range is fields available which makes forms highly customizable. The form builder interface is easy to use.
The final form is clean and well presented, even with the default overlay.
There are many integrations to choose from.

The price is quite high especially as there are alternatives available that are much cheaper.
Support is very sparse and a little erratic with questions being answered is a very generic way.
Integrations are not very straightforward to set up.
