Met Asset Panda kunnen gebruikers hun workflow aanpassen voor het volgende: werkorderbeheer, inkooporderbeheer, nalevingsbeheer, in- en uitchecken, afschrijvingen, servicebeheer, bedrijfsbrede servicedeskoplossingen, toewijzing, verwijdering en onderhoud van vaste activa, tooltracking en reserveringsbeheer.
Systeemfuncties bevatten onder meer het scannen van streepjescodes via mobiele apps, het vastleggen van GPS-coördinaten bij scans, bovenliggende/onderliggende relaties en gegevensgroepering, een kalender/Gantt-functie, rapportage van wijzigingsgeschiedenis, hosting van activadocumenten, foto's, video's en spraaknotities, meerdere veldtypen om uit te kiezen bij het creëren van aangepaste velden en rolgebaseerde gebruikersconfiguratie om er slechts een paar te noemen.
Met de mobiele app van Asset Panda kunnen gebruikers controles uitvoeren door middel van een streepjescodescan en activadocumenten onderweg bijwerken/wijzigen. Het is volledig geïntegreerd met de web-app en stelt gebruikers in staat om met realtime gegevens te werken. De app is geïntegreerd met Red Laser-technologie voor het scannen van streepjescodes en elimineert de noodzaak om dure aanvullende hardware aan te schaffen.

Overall, Asset Panda has been a great asset management system for our company. It has allowed us to track our assets more efficiently and easily manage them across multiple locations. The customer service has been great and we have been able to integrate it with other programs we use.
Pluspunten
Asset Panda has been an incredibly useful tool for tracking our assets. The user interface is intuitive and easy to use, and the customer service is top-notch. The ability to quickly locate and manage our assets is incredibly helpful, and the integration with our other software programs has made it even easier.
Minpunten
While the features Asset Panda offers are great, the cost can be a bit high for some organizations. The setup process can also be a bit challenging and time-consuming, and the lack of mobile app support can be inconvenient.

There has been no benefit to this software whatsoever. Its confusing to set up, use, and train people on. The training I received was minimal at best and mainly had to teach myself the software.
Pluspunten
Software is cheap, They have a mobile app. (kinda confusing to navigate), they have a webpage (kinda confusing to navigate as well). You at the very least get to speak to someone in the US versus a overseas call center.... But the support people only speak in jargon and hardly ever get to root of the problem.
Minpunten
Confusing web page to navigate. Support and Implementation team are a nightmare to deal with. They don't really breakdown or explain to you the issues in simple terms they just rush you off the phone and "fix the problem". Only training you will receive is from support from Texas via telephone who also cannot explain things in a proper manor. The explanations they do give are full or jargon and leave you more confused than before. I HATE this software! Its cheap but I guess you get what you pay for.

Our experience with this tool have been great, we really love this product, now coming out of the free trial but really evaluating to keep the it.
Pluspunten
Great solution, it really is very intuitive, easy to use, tracks and report exact locations, we can use e-signatures, let you know when to replace an equipment, and if you need help they have a great customer support and onboarding team.
Minpunten
Sime minor issues with the dates (only 2005 and on) and some errors with the search in the mobile version. The main con is the price with starts at around $250 per month and paid annually.

Asset panda is excellent and keeping track of all your IT assets are making sure everything is where it should be and you know when stuff is Jake

The free limits the number of assets you can have, and then you have to go onto a paid plan, which can get quite expensive
