Clover is very easy to use, doesn't take much space and it makes paying for merchandise and services fast and easy.
Pluspunten
It's very easy to use, and I love how it accepts so many kinds of credit cards and forms of payments!
Minpunten
I don't like how sometimes it will take a few tries to read a card, which can make customers desperate and annoyed.

I opened a store in the local mall with very little time for buildout and hire let alone learn then train new staff on a POS system I didn’t know myself yet. But thankfully the equipment came on time and was such a breeze to learn that I thanked them then and I thank them now
Pluspunten
Ease of use. I have a retail store and some of the employees are a bit older and some are high school age. But no matter what group they fall in they all get the flow of the system
Minpunten
The processing charges. I’m not going to lie for anyone. The ease of use is offset by the cost of use. But still well worth it.

Overall my experience with Clover has been positive. I enjoy it from a costumer point of view very much. I haven't had much experience on the other end though.

Clover is an easy to use platform for both the costumer and company.

Clover requires a fee, it is not free to use.

I did not like anything about clover and wouldn't suggest it to anyone.
Minpunten
Customer service and the communication was terrible always. The machines were always loosing power and shutting off regardless of being charged. Had to get that fixed twice. They switched my business name on file and my clients thought there was fraud with their transactions. That never got resolved before leaving. They never apologized for the mistake on their end. I had to call consistently telling them I sent the cancellation form as I was getting emails everyday to cancel when I had sent it out 4 times. Finally called and admitted they received it but hadn't gotten back to me. I'm also passed my 5 year contract and they harass to pay $500 .
Redenen om voor Clover te kiezen
Did not have a good experience with clover from the machines not working well constantly turning off despite being fully charged. Was difficult to turn back on. My user name and business name got switched somehow and I had clients wondering about fraud on their account that never got resolved before leaving. The company did not apologize for the mistake on their end. Also leaving after the 5 year term being told I need to pay 500 makes zero sense.Overgestapt van
