They themselves admitted they didn't work well with pardot and they could not figure it out. We cancelled - they expected us to continue to pay for a service they could not deliver on. Their accounting department continued to push mine to pay and when asked to have their senior leadership contact me - they sent our bill to a collection agency rather to solve a poor service issue.
