Then, they want to charge you double the price to gain access to the basic features that are needed for the team group acccount owner to prevent a theselves from havig a teammate change their password and lock them out of their own system\!\! Correct. There is no super admin - the call it that but any other admin has the same rights and can take full control of the app and remove the super admin\! Foolish site, sad service, terrible CLUNKY annoying software.
