Wat is Infer?

Infer helps to align sales and marketing teams by focusing joint efforts on the leads that are most likely to convert. Both teams can use Infer's lead ranking system to see which leads are top priority and which score badly. Infer's lead scoring model is based on numerous external signals, along with internal data, which is constantly being updated. Signals include employee count, job openings, web presence, social presence, technology vendors, patents, trademarks and more. Infer helps you to identify good leads that may have gone missing or stuck in the nurture stage. You can use this information to move faster on high potential leads and route these to the right sales members. Marketing teams can use the data provided by Infer to create smarter campaigns and predict performance. You can also ensure your time is not wasted on bad leads, by filtering these out before they even enter Salesforce. Infer uses dashboards, charts and graphs to show the results of sales and marketing efforts on leads with high scores and low scores. Identifying correlations between conversions and top scoring leads in Infer. Scores from Infer can be accessed directly within your existing systems, such as Salesforce, Marketo and Eloqua.

did not very well for us. we are a software company selling into healthcare companies and none of our scoring models were good enough.

Pluspunten

the problem with infer is that if you are technology company only selling to other software companies the scoring seems to work, otherwise the scope of use cases is limited.

the product integrates well with crm and marketing automation, provides good amount of enrichment for software companies.

Minpunten

the overall product has a very high cost and low return on investment. leads scored higher do not significantly improve revenues and we are not having a problem of volumes (very few businesses do).

It's incredibly ease to use, simple as typing your prospect email and receiving the information you need.

It could be cheaper, the tool is great but could offer a low price tier.
