The platform helps reduce manual work and improves accuracy, which saves time and minimizes errors. I also appreciate the self-service features for employees, which empower them to manage their own information. Overall, it’s a reliable, user-friendly system that supports both efficiency and compliance, allowing me to focus more on strategic work instead of administrative tasks. > > **Minpunten**: What I like least about ADP Workforce Now is that it can feel unintuitive and clunky at times, especially when navigating between different modules. Certain processes require more clicks than necessary, and the layout isn’t always as user-friendly as it could be. Reporting, while flexible, can be complicated to build without prior experience. Additionally, system updates or changes aren’t always clearly communicated, which can create confusion. Customer support can also be inconsistent depending on the issue. Overall, while it’s a powerful system, there are opportunities to improve usability and streamline the user experience. > > Overall good, except the customer service. If I have an issue I would like one person to handle it start to finish, whereas this I feel I"m calling into a call center and never get the same person twice ----- ### "HR Partner" — 4.0/5 > **Stephen** | *28 augustus 2026* | Consumentendiensten | Aanbevelingsscore: 10.0/10 > > **Pluspunten**: easy to work with, intutive and allows our employees to easily input their hours and time off needs. > > **Minpunten**: I want more control over who can approve time and needs to have approvals for their times, Ie.. managers > > Generally it is very good. Ties in with our P\&L, easy to update with holidays, vacation and sick time. ----- ### "Makes payroll a breeze\!" — 3.0/5 > **Samm** | *26 september 2026* | 2128 | Aanbevelingsscore: 7.0/10 > > **Pluspunten**: It was a great way to have all of our documents in one spot. It also made payroll really easy as we could just export from the app. > > **Minpunten**: I feel like the app could be more modernized for staff members. It was harder to navigate on the staff side if they had not used ADP before > > I think that on the backend it was very time effective and made documentation easy. I would love for the mobile app to be more user friendly. ----- ### "No regrets\! Their reputation preceeds them and they are great\!" — 5.0/5 > **Ada** | *12 juni 2026* | Vastgoed | Aanbevelingsscore: 10.0/10 > > **Pluspunten**: Great Product\! Able to leap tall obstacles… it’s a bird, it’s a plane…it’s ADP Workforce\!\! Lol truly great experience\! > > **Minpunten**: Sometimes flow of communication is not there but as soon as I reach out they address my concerns or questions. > > Overall great experience and easy setup process. I would prefer just one expert vs a few experts, and they work well within their own areas, but as the consumer, it would probably be easier if I just had one expert to deal with. ----- ### "ADP Workforce review" — 5.0/5 > **Tamia** | *16 september 2026* | Gezondheid, wellness en fitness | Aanbevelingsscore: 10.0/10 > > **Pluspunten**: The best thing about ADP Workforce Now is how it brings payroll, HR, benefits, and time tracking together in one single, centralized platform, it has everything right in place for you. > > **Minpunten**: The biggest complaints about ADP Workforce Now center on clunky reporting, inflexible customization, and frustrating customer support, and it doesn't have pto hours updated > > ADP Workforce Now is a powerful, all-in-one HR and payroll platform that delivers rock-solid compliance and deep functionality, though it often comes with a clunky interface and mixed customer support. My over all experience with ADP workforce is really great just don't have updated pto hours. ----- Pagina: 1 / 292\ Volgende: [Volgende pagina](https://www.getapp.nl/software/100336/workforcenow?page=2) ## Links - [Bekijk op GetApp](https://www.getapp.nl/software/100336/workforcenow) ## Deze pagina is beschikbaar in de volgende talen | Locatie | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-MX | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | ----- ## Gestructureerde gegevens
