> **Minpunten**: What are like least about Caretime is I feel it should integrate with my payroll system more which would allow me to simply API over to my payroll system or just copy automatically and paste my payroll into the payroll system

> I have been reaching out to this vendor concerning my invoices and the double charges no one has yet to contact me about the extra charges . I have called submit tickets I don’t like when a company takes your money and don’t return phone calls to me that is not good customer service I know we are all busy but when customers are the reason for your business been open the least we can do is reach out to a customer .  This is Unacceptable don’t get me wrong I like CareTime I have been with them since 2018 and hate to leave but am not getting any where with them for as reaching out to me

> **Minpunten**: It seemed as though there was more on the menu to choose from than we needed, which was confusing at first, and too much to choose from when we only needed a specific amount of information but I also understand we aren't the only business using this software.
