I have not had any issues or least things while using Project, however it is not easy for first timers.

It was easily accessible and if I had any questions, I just hit the help button and ask. It gives you step by step instructions.

It is very complex and harder to learn for someone who is "old school".

It made planning & scheduling relatively and easy with its intuitive features & flexible function. It is ubiquitous (anyplace, any time) to get project to stay on task, keep projects organized, and tracked & getting work done like Sharing files, co-authoring and editing content as well as working together simultaneously.

I like most about Microsoft Project are the features of effectively managing budgets and allows me to make project reports and analyze information helpful on making decisions.

It has a compatibility issues when team is using different versions or tools, and collaborative work is a little challenging and hassle.

It is complete tool for managing complex projects, I like the ability to create detailed project plans with timlines , task and dependencies. Integration with other ms tools like excel is also nice to have in a project managment tool

Sometimes the tool features can get overwhelming for someone new, and it can take quite a time to learn all.

One of the best project management tool i have ever used, its very easy to leaarn and doesnt requires much time to learn when you are a new bee. I like two main features like Gantt chart and WBS, this makes project planning effective.

At times sync betwween central server is slow and it takes time to reflect on other systems. One more thing , it misses the compare feature , for example i want to migrate my existing project maually to a new system. Then i will perform a export function and save a .mpp file. When this file is imported to new system , i would expect two windows of the project, to compare and cross check that import has been performed correctly.

It's not cost-effective for small teams that may not need all of its advanced features, making it less accessible for those with limited budgets.
