This software has really important tools which can be found in other software but done in a really accesible, enterprise connected way. Our company uses several zoho tools which had become essential in our functioning.

A little bit difficult, it lacks the simplicity of software like Monday, but it's amazing in some other ways.

Zoho Projects can feel overwhelming initially due to its extensive features. Customization options are limited in some areas, and reporting could be more flexible and intuitive.

Your reports are helpful, assigns is good

Workflow process are very difficult to implement

Linkage of tasks and timesheet. Also, inbuilt translations to multiple languages is good. And the feature of voice addition in tasks is good too.

It would be good to have timesheet report present in bar charts as well.

Simplicity and easy to use on a daily basis

Limitation of the free version, I understand the limitation of features for those who don't want to pay for the service, but for those who like to have their work organized and require very little detail (small projects), the free ZOHO could offer more.

I can get the real time updates on each task

Organising the team is easy & keep them notified about their task & the priority activities can be assigned

Zoho Projects is one of the tools which I use on a daily basis at workplace. I like that it automates over 80% of manual workflow.

Zoho Projects has all the capabilities that I yearn to use on a daily basis and they are all easy to customize and use.

Good project management system which fits in to all the other Zoho modules. Has basic features for user, task and project management. Frequent updates are helping to move system forward.

Complicated setup for task and projects. Some essential features for project management are missing like showing project durations or easy Gantt views. AI integration not usable yet.

Zoho projects is super intuitive and well laid out so things are easy to find. The price compared to the feature list is unbeatable. They also offer a whole suite of other tools.

Zoho is not as complex as many other PM packages, but you are not paying a premium price for every bell and whistle.

When have multiple projects to deal with Zoho Projects helps you manage all of them easily to make sure they are finished on time. I really like that i can integrate other apps, like Microsoft 365 or Dropbox easily without any problems. Keeping track of the progress and resources needed on all tasks is important for a good workflow. Is important for to be able to assign staff from from other projects if a deadline is coming and keep track if any resources is needed. It is easy to use and assign tasks and easy for the staff update the progress.

There are no drawbacks to Zoho Projects in my opinion.

Task creation and assignment is one aspect of Zoho Projects that I like.I can easily plan and manage projects with Zoho Projects.I can easily view project status with Zoho Projects.It is simple to track project progress with Zoho Projects.

I lack any shortcomings with Zoho Projects as it suits best my project management needs.
