Kudos helped improve the overall performance of our team. Every time someone in our team does a great job that deserves to be recognized we use the Peer to Peer recognition feature in Kudos and we can all see how motivated is our team member after being recognized.

I have seen a few other sites that offer a reward program however, Kudos, is my favorite as this platform offers reasonable points systems. I feel its very employee / employer motivating! I know from personal experience, getting a kudos, definitely feels good and gives you a boost in the day! I truly love Kudos, fun engaging, motivating, all around a great platform!

I honestly have nothing negative to say about Kudos. I don't feel like anything would need to be improved at this point. Its a really reasonable and fair system

It is very easy to use, you can establish points and by achievement of points the reward can be released. Also, it is accessible form a mobile devices which makes the experience of usage more up to date

It is a bit complicated to be able to make use of the acknowledgments, there are many steps and also they are not so clear.

I love to use Kudos so I can recognize my team and all the persons that support me day to day. It's really simple to use and really fun how you can add GIF's.

I'll like to have more options so I can change my kudos, maybe other brands where I can use them.

Kudos is an amazing platform for employees to give recognition to give rewards and use it for our purpose.

I use the app with my cell phone which allows me to capture excellent TM performance both written and through video/photo in the moment.

Sometimes it is difficult to recognize TMs due to their name being spelled unusually. Example: Desmond vs Dezmon

I love being able to give Kudos to my managers and peers, its a great way to show appreciation as well as receive that that recognition. Its really easy to use and has many variety of features such as thanks, exceptional etc. The reminders via email are suprisingly nice as I can swifly open up the portal to give someone a kudos

Its just difficult to navigate where we can cash in the rewards recieved on the portal itself. But other than that, not much else that I would change about Kudos. I still havent figured it out yet on my own

Limited Kudos and probably that it not used as much as it should be, It's a wonderful platform to build community

The site itself is easy to use and I enjoy the fact that even if we give out more than the allotted amount we have for the month, we can still give out more without disappointing anyone.

I wish the amount of Kudos points we can send was more for each category. It feels like we don't get enough to get the higher ranged items and network based, only the smaller fulfillment centers are able to receive the higher amounts.
