I also documented the client’s refusal to communicate and move the project forward, which created the delays. Despite publicly posting my work, the client continued to claim that I had done nothing. Stripe still ruled in the client’s favor, despite the documentation provided. > > Experience is mixed. The ease of integrating the tool into other software is the only reason I used to recommend my clients use it, and have myself. Whenever having to discuss issues, their support seems to lack the knowledge I believe is needed for properly helping customers.
