The software was so easy to set up with the on boarding templates, within 3 hours i had imported all of our vehicles and users. No training has been needed so far.

To date we have not found and items we do not like about the software

What I like most about this software is that it is easy to use and updated with new functions often.

Only con I really have about this software is that it freezes and crashes very often. Can't think of any other cons

Very easy to create work orders and add on service tasks. Good customer service. Easy to customize Forms and service programs.

Inability to link parts with service tasks (this is elementary stuff). Inability to send reminders and notifications to SMS. Inability to scan barcodes with a scanner off of a tablet or computer.

It is easy to use.

Could we have a predictive function. For example, predicting the trend of fuel usage or utilization over a period of time?

We have been working with Fleetio for past 2+ years and have been super happy with their work ethics and their continuous system improvements.
As our company expands, it is great to have a system that makes improvements on the daily bases.
Fleetio is very efficient, user-friendly, FAST, and modern system.
We are primarily using it for trucking & intermodal, but it could be used for any type of fleet: taxi, limo, transit buses, service vehicles (plumbing, HVAC, etc) pretty much anything that has wheels.

User Iterface, Speed, 3rd party API Integration, constant improvments, too many to choose from

This product has improved our inspection and safety reporting more than 100%. When the fleet is scattered across the largest and most remote state in the union it is much more important to get good quality reports to track maintenance and safety issues. With customizable inspection reports we can support a widely diverse fleet. Getting field drivers/ operators to do a report when resources are limited is next to impossible. Printer, copier and web access are not a given. When we set up a large spread in a remote location we provide the master mechanic with a smart phone that has the app pre-loaded, he/ she can produce the reports offline and up load when cell or web access is available. The addition of photos is invaluable and improves the quality of the reports. With the new visibility that this reporting has provided we can now track and determine the usable life of an asset as well as keep the equipment in good safe operational condition. This improves our productivity and will more than pay for itself.

This is a new product but to date we have not had any issues, set up was a breeze given our 700+ fleet size.

Fleetio is very easy to use to manage company transport vehicles, delivery vehicles, etc. The dashboard of it shows a summary of the fleets and it is very efficient to use.

The interface and dashboard of Fleetio could be improved a little bit with user customizable options.

We only use a utilise a small aspect of this software's capabilities but what we do use is great.
The GPS functionality is something we would like to introduce at some stage. (Working on it)

Fleetio is better than we even expected. Their onboarding team is amazing, very thorough and unlike any other onboard experience I've ever had. Our initial meetings with the sales team were informative and helpful in a way you didn't feel they were pushing the software but really felt like their platform would be helpful for our company. The onboarding schedule is incredibly helpful is taking it step by step so it doesn't feel overwhelming and sets you up for success to get the most out of the software. I highly highly recommend!!

No cons, we've loved Fleetio, the software and their team from day one.

I like the depth you can go to with record keeping, but at the same time it is handy that you can use just the bare minimum if that’s how you want to do it. The mobile app is a brilliant feature and makes it very easy to report and record in a matter of seconds.

There is not much scope for customisation of the Work Orders, which means that job cars which are given to the mechanics contains irrelevant information (for our uses) and the important information does not really stand out.I would also like to see a little more flexibility in terms of altering Service Reminders- possibly just being able to snooze to a specific Odometer reading as it can be a bit of a pain if things get out of whack due to discrepancies or errors, such as erroneous meter values being automatically imported by connected GPS systems.

Service reminders, the wealth of information tracked at a glance on the dashboard, cost tracking, equipment tracking.

Vehicle watchers remain after vehicle is reassigned.

I had used Fleetio years ago when I owned/operated a contracting company with a few trucks on the road. It was great to be able to track and monitor their whereabouts. Fleetio also helped us schedule our day because we had a lot of destination points and being able to plot out a route saved us a ton of time/gas.

Because I used Fleetio so long ago and there wasn't much competition in their space, it is hard to say there was anything "wrong" with the software. Since our use they have added a few additional features.

I like that I can grow with this software or use just the basics for a small fleet or vehicle asset tracking. Reminders for services or scheduled maintenance is really easy to set up and the notifications sent to the driver or fleet manager are precise and descriptive. Repair history cost per mile, reports are all valuable to a small company without the support staff to record and monitor for this information. The mobile app is powerful and not removed down.

Not much to complain about. The forecast service reminders can sometimes trigger premature service notifications.

The Fleetio Team was very helpful when I wanted to use their product. My company is utilizing the platform for a very new concept, and the sales and service team at Fleetio listened to our product needs, and worked around our new start-up complications to ensure maximum effectiveness at launch.

Product is a little pricey if you don't want to utilize all the features. It's a very nice, comprehensive fleet management software; however, my organization only uses about 20% of the features, but still have to pay for the items we do not need. I would like to see future pricing plans which offer solutions for our fleet size (500-600) but do only require payment on the features used.
