Simpler and more user-friendly than SAP on front and back ends.

The customer service gets a little impersonal and feels like a run-around at times.

What I liked about it was that it was very easy to customize. All you need to do is look for the "..." button, and nearly anything and everything can be changed.

The flow wasn't ideal, and you had to use Dynamics 365 Business Central to create quotes or invoices. Salesforce has everything all together in one system and is SO much easier. The dashboard was very average and was one of few things I couldn't customize.

Its a little more expensive and compicated than other but still has lots of benefits over other software

I am newer to Dynamics 365, so it is a bit overwhelming to learn at first. But it is easy to understand, especially after diving in.

As the administrator, I appreciate that Dynamics resembles the other Office 365 products by way of administration, UI, and UX.

I don't feel that Dynamics is the best CRM solution out there by any means. Microsoft is not a CRM provider; they just offer a CRM solution. If given the choice, I would go with a CRM from a provider that specializes in CRM software. Dynamics does not have the capabilities or functionality we need at my organization, but we chose it because it is a Microsoft product and integrates well with other Microsoft products. That being said, the user experience and admin experience are both lacking, and I would not recommend this product to others looking for a robust CRM.

Love the fact i could create share and view documents from other employees in different states or remote workers.

Sometimes challenging when 2 or more people are working to make changes to the same document or PowerPoint and getting it to look right.

For smaller companies or those without previous experience with CRM/ERP platforms, the initial complexity of implementation and configuration can be challenging.

Dynamics 365 offers a powerful all-in-one solution, its complexity can be a hurdle. New users might find the feature-rich interface overwhelming, requiring significant training to unlock its full potential. This learning curve could slow down initial adoption and impact productivity.

My team is starting to use Teams and OneDrive more and I love that you can connect from anywhere and have access to all your documents. The team feature is also really nice because we can keep each department's documents separate but also have the ability to share with other departments. And you can control who has editing privileges. You also can see your version history which is really nice in case you need to go back to a previous version of a document.

There's not really much I dislike about Dynamics 365. If I had to choose, I'd say that I wish when you add an appointment to someone's calendar as a delegate that it would notify the person.

We use it as out accounting software and ties into our other Microsoft applications.

Customer Service is hard to get in touch with and they are migrating to the cloud and it’s been hard to move everything over.

The ability to integrate it into multiple other programs as it allows us to use Microsoft to be able to communicate with multiple people

There's truly nothing negative about Dynamics 365 as Microsoft has put a lot of work into this

It provides endless possibilities on working together with colleagues, from MS teams for interaction and chats, to SharePoint for repository purposes, and CRM for marketing and campaigns.

I would like it if MS teams had more options/functions in working together with colleagues more actively.

It's user friendly attitude. I use daily.

Nothing as of now is which I least liked it.
