Workday is flexible software that facilitates many different aspects of human resource management. Workday HCM has user-friendly data analytics. By collecting and analyzing this data, we may gain useful understanding and improve our approaches to workforce management.

Workday does not offer a lot of room for user input. It also has trouble merging with other programs on occasion. In addition, there are sometimes technical difficulties. I think the user interface could use some work.

I like how workday HCM connects the workforce.

I dont know if I have anything negative to say against Workday....its been easy to use.

One of the main drawbacks of Workday HCM is its high cost, which can be prohibitive for smaller organizations. Additionally, the system can be complex to configure and customize, requiring significant training for users.

I liked it how I could check my pay and how much hours I'm making, checking time-off and holidays, and benefits with the job. It also helps me sign in and sign out from a particular shift and shows me my schedule of where I'm going.

I did not like the design all that much. It was hard to find what I was looking for, including time off, looking for the benefits. I wish people understand its not just a place for careers.

An all stop shop for compensation, learning, benefits, career, etc! Very convenient

It takes a bit of patience and time to learn the functionalities at first.

It can be integrated with Microsoft Teams. It's useful for managing employee's times and their performance.

The sign on policy is annoying. Sometime my two-factor authentication codes are not sent.

It combined all of the information I needed for my employee profile, training and insurance, into one platform.

It's not the fault of Workday, but my company provided little training for how to use the software at the start. It took a while to become comfortable using it.

The major pillar is optimizing financial resources and plan for the future effectively. The support offered is unmatched giving personalized solutions for the entire business. Also, no surprises in pricing, it is quite transparent. It is a user friendly system which has made payroll processing easier.

Editing should be improved. It is difficult to go back to already saved data and edit them.

Workday makes payroll tracking easy and its puts more responsibility on employees to keep track of their hours worked relieving the demands of the administration staff.

I can't think of any negatives to report.

Mostly I like the wide range of usage that it provides.

The one thing that is making my work harder is that even with delegations I cannot cancel/delete changes that I have initiated.

From an employee's perspective, it's incredibly intuitive and easy to use. The mobile support is excellent. It greatly enhances the convenience of HR tasks like payroll, leave management, performance tracking, and organizational charts.

From a user's perspective, there are no real drawbacks. The functionality and design are both excellent. However, from a company's standpoint, the cost can be a burden depending on the organization's size.

I love that I can login and view everything I need. From trainings, to performance, to time off, to salary and career development (and much more). This makes things easier for me, as I can log onto workday and find everything in one place. Do i need to take time off, easy, i request it, do I need to see how much I am making, go to payroll.

It is not that easy to take off notifications.

The system is very intuitive and the navigation and simplicity is second to none. It has been a very good everyday system to use the graphical user interface is spot on for the purpose it's intended for.

Sometimes the online access can let down the system. In a digital age more work should be put into a more portable and stable version of the app.

I used workday every single day, you can do everything in here, request time off, see paycheck, clock in and out.

Very little. My experience of Workday implementations are that they are over engineered, and seem to exist for the sake of the ego of executives rather than the users

Too many obscure fields, and too few relevant fields. Too many clicks to achieve anything

Workday is great for all your hr management, payroll, and development of your team.

Sometimes it lacks flexibility to customize certain aspects

I can easily access payslip and schedule.

Other can't see your other info like birthday.
