Het gebruiksgemak van Trello vind ik een enorm pluspunt. Zeker als je het vergelijkt met een tool als Jira, dat we ook gebruiken voor projecten. In een handomdraai zet je een kanban-bord op en pas je het aan.

Een nadeel vind ik dat je geen "estimation" in punten kan toevoegen aan een item in de swim lanes. Dat maakt dat ik nu handmatig moet berekenen hoeveel punten er in een sprint meegaan voor de velocity. Daarnaast kun je door het ontbreken van een estimation ook geen goede burndown-chart maken.

Trello is very easy to use, customizable, and robust

The only flaw that I can find with Trello (and maybe I just haven't figured out how to do it yet) is that you can't set up contingencies...when you mark one card done and want a follow-up to be created.

Trello makes it super easy for me and my team to track our projects across a multitude of clients. Even the free version has allowed us to get what we needed for some early wins.

The free version allows only one big project, which there are separate boards within. This is fine but the flexibility of having more projects (which is only in the paid version) would be nice.

Trello stands out with something like custom Kanban boards that make visual task management a reality; Power-Ups so you can keep customizing and integrating additional functionality; and a variety of third party tools. By visual dashboards, Trello allows management of design tasks and timelines effectively; it allows the remaining of lines of communication and monitoring of team progress.

Complex project tracking still has limited reporting and analytics capability, as well as the absence of embedded time tracking for accurate project estimation.

Quickly allows me to create and share to-do lists

For what it does, I don't really have any dislikes.

If you're not using Trello for task management, you should be. It's the best software out there for this purpose, incredibly easy to learn and master—I got the hang of it in just 5-15 minutes. Trello's ability to create unlimited lists to customize our workplace pipeline is invaluable. I can update my boss on task progress with a couple of clicks, and she instantly gets notified and provides feedback. I constantly use labels and checklists to track smaller details, ensuring we both fully understand the current status of tasks. My co-workers also use it, making it easy to check project statuses without having to ask them directly. This software has truly transformed the way I work, and I can't imagine going back to a time before Trello.

It's honestly hard to think of cons, I am just extremely satisfied with this software. Although one I can think of is the inability to post images in just the comments, if you post an image, it will be added to the attachments as well. For my use case, I want images in the comments and images I add to the attachments to be separate as it can get a bit unorganized and confusing. If they let users have the option to keep an image exclusive to the comment section then the software would be truly perfect.

What I like most about Trello is that it is easy to use and has many useful functions. I can organize my projects in a simple way, assign tasks to my team and see the progress of everything in a very clear way. It's also cool because I can use Trello on my computer, cell phone or anywhere I have internet. This helps me stay organized and work better with my team.

Although Trello has many very useful integrations, some of them are a little complicated to set up.

I do appreciate Trello's simplicity: it's easy to onboard new users and teach them the basics so you can hit the ground running. I've found it most helpful for managing the content creation and approval process.

The customer service is slow—at one stage we waited a week for a ticket to be addressed and the response wasn't helpful.

Such a generous amount you can do with it on the free plan. I love the whole experience - the boards, the cards, how easy it is to move things around, plus the calendar function takes it to a whole new level. No matter what you need to organise, Trello is your new secret weapon!

Honestly? Can't think of anything I don't like about it. I've been using it for years and it's just fantastic.
